ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy accessing and using the services, facilities, and amenities provided by Seminole Casino Immokalee (the "Casino"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
AGE AND ID REQUIREMENTSAll visitors must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years for casino games and activities. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon request.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICESThe Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its patrons. In case of concern or self-exclusion, please notify our staff who will provide guidance on the available options.
SELF-EXCLUSION AND VOLUNTARY BARRINGTo prevent harm from problem gaming and promote healthy habits, guests may request voluntary barring from casino activities for a designated period.
PERSONAL PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITYThe Casino is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left on the premises. Patrons are responsible for their own belongings at all times during their visit.
GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONSAll gaming rules, policies, and regulations must be followed strictly. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent exclusion from casino activities.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSAny disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through a fair and reasonable process as determined by the Casino management.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities after such changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
ENFORCEMENT OF THESE TERMSBy entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the rights reserved by the Casino under Florida law, including but not limited to Chapter 849 and Chapter 838, Florida Statutes.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles or rules that would cause the application of a law other than those of Florida.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you, as the patron, and Seminole Casino Immokalee regarding access to its facilities and services.
NON-ASSIGNABILITYThese Terms and Conditions are non-transferable and cannot be assigned by the patron in whole or part without prior written consent of the Casino management.
SEVERABILITY OF TERMSIf any provision hereof is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable under applicable law, such shall not affect the remaining provisions which will continue to apply with full force.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Casino disclaims all warranties and conditions that might arise from statute, equity, or trade usage. In no event shall the Casino be liable for consequential damages arising out of these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
EFFECTIVE DATEThese Terms and Conditions became effective as of January 1st and are valid until terminated in accordance with clause 8 above.

By accessing our facilities, you signify your acceptance to be bound by the terms outlined hereabove, including any modifications or updates thereto that may occur during your visit.
